What is networking for businesses?
Networking for businesses is about connecting with other like-minded businesses to create new opportunities and increase business growth. By networking as a business you can obtain new clients, find new business opportunities and increase brand awareness.
What’s the purpose of networking?
Networking allows you to connect and create new relationships with other businesses. Its purpose is to create new connections, and business opportunities by allowing businesses to give referrals and advice to others.

How often do your members meet?
Over the course of the calendar year, our members meet at 8 events which on average means every 5-6 weeks.
Where do your events take place?
To keep things central and accommodate for our members who are based in many different geographical locations, we generally meet at inner city venues. We like to keep things interesting and change our breakfast venues regularly. To give you a better idea, we have held our breakfasts at Entrecôte, The Prince, The Dick Whittington and most recently, The Botanical Hotel in South Yarra.
Our larger, main networking events have included venues such as The Southern Star Observation Wheel at the Docklands, Melbourne and the historical Raheen Estate in Kew.
Who are your members?
Our members come from a huge variety of industries such as accounting & finance, legal, construction, IT, digital marketing & website development, retail, trades, property, personal and business coaching and many, many more.
How are you different to other networking groups?
Plain and simply- our networking events and our members. Our regular referral breakfasts are well-spaced and provide an intimate, collaborative and friendly environment that fosters the development of long-lasting, synergetic relationships. Our larger networkring events are unique experiences for the wider member group to either meet and growth new relationships or further strengthen and solidify existing ones.

How do you join MATCH Alliance?
One of the keys to our success is to ensure and maintain the quality of our members. As part of this process, we meet with prospective members to ensure that their values, networks and ethics align to our own.
What does your annual membership investment include?
Your annual membership investment includes:
- 5 x referral breakfasts (consisting of 12-15 individuals with groups rotated and only one individual per industry present per breakfast)
- 3 x major professional networking events (these events are with the entire membership group)
- A one-on-one one hour session with the Chairman and Founder Ronnie Lewis who has over 12,500 connections on LinkedIn.
